A Six Week Trial

Turned Into 3 Years of Partnership

Fully booked with 1:1 clients, Christina needed to scale beyond her own calendar. When Christina first reached out, the scope was simple: Launch a podcast in six to eight weeks.

The podcast started as a passion project. But it quickly became something more strategic: a way to shift from one-to-one client work into a one-to-many model that could fill her group program.

The podcast launched successfully. From there, it naturally became a positioning tool. Episode by episode, it built credibility. It gave her body of work depth and built her authority. Over time it became part of the larger brand ecosystem, subtly guiding listeners toward her future offers and her world.

Three years later, Christina built and scaled a business that allows her to send a 5-figure invoice to a single client. She’s no longer buried in day-to-day delivery. She’s operating as a thought leader with a business that actually supports that role.

“There’s a way that Ashley can contextualize and contain the way my brain works. And I just think it’s a really super useful tool. Ashley brings a lot of her own ideas and shares…and it just blends into the tapestry.”

Where we started

A Business That Lived in Her Head

Christina is the kind of founder people love to work with. Her clients get results. Her ideas are strong. Her instincts are sharp.

But, that was not the problem. The problem was infrastructure. Everything lived in an Evernote account. Checklists inside of checklists. Ideas, plans, client work, launches…all in one place, all in her head.

No project management system. No clear process to delegate or scale.

Her goal was to shift from 1:1 coaching into a scalable group model, but her business wasn’t built to support that shift yet.

As a result

01

Workshops were being planned and launched in real time, often without the team looped in until execution was already underway. It worked… until it didn’t.

02

Opportunities were missed. Christina had vision, but there was no structure to hold it.

03

The team stayed reactive.

04

Christina stayed in the weeds, even while trying to lead at a higher level.

She had hit a growth ceiling and she didn’t have language for it yet.

Getting access

The Turning Point

Getting access to Christina’s Evernote was the moment things shifted. Inside Evernote, Ashley found the pieces of the business that had real momentum, but it had little infrastructure to support it: client work, workshop ideas, program development, collaborations.

Getting that full picture was the turning point. For the first time, someone else could see what Christina was carrying. From there, the build began.

ClickUp was built around how Christina actually works and what the business actually needs. A funnel board was created for her signature program. The day-to-day started to have structure.

Systems That Matched the Vision

The most powerful parts of re-design is a system capable of supporting the long game. We built an infrastructure custom fit to support her business and team.

01 Custom ClickUp workspace

02 Signature funnel mapped in Miro

03 Repeatable workflows

Repeatable Workflows

Clear workflows that moved the business out of her head and into something the team could execute

Now, every offer has end-to-end concrete funnel structures, project visibility, and repeatable workflows.

The day-to-day finally had some structure and Ashley was able to balance the scales of operations load.

“Thank you so much for being there. Your calm, cool and collected demeanour helps me to feel really confident about what we’re up for!”

Building the signature program

From Idea to Scalable Revenue

Behind the scenes Christina was developing what would become her signature group program.

Using the systems we built, the program could cross every finish line and objective the team mapped out.

We launched our first co-hort together, which was a success. Then we refined. Documented. Built.

Eight cohorts later

  • The entire program is fully mapped and systemized
  • Every step lives in ClickUp and is mapped out Miro
  • The team can run without routing through Christina

As a result: what started as an idea is now the primary driver of her revenue.

Where she is now

From Operator to Thought Leader

Christina

Christina is now a true leader from end to end. Visible, creative, in the conversations that matter.

Not managing or chasing down details or running logistics for a cohort launch.

Christina gets to do the work only she can do.

The kind of work that is able to sustain Christina sending a 5-figure invoice to a single client.

Before

  • Revenue tied directly to Christina’s time
  • Delivery dependent on Christina being involved in everything
  • Growth limited by capacity

After

  • A scalable group program running on documented systems
  • High-ticket offers reaching multiple 5-figures per client
  • A business that supports her stepping into thought leadership
“Ashley, you have been such an incredible support to me this year, and I am so grateful. Your business acumen and know-how have been efficient and on point. I feel so much more confident in what I am up to because of the structure you bring, but beyond all of that, I appreciate you for the way you have embraced my vision and philosophy and brought such great insight.”
