why i do what i do
I saw brilliant ideas stifled by red tape.
I spent years in the corporate world, but not the slow kind – a large company that still ran like an entrepreneurial one. It moved fast, so I moved fast: launches, categories and teams turning over quickly, with someone needing to hold the whole picture while they did.
Then I kept meeting founders with something powerful to give, drowning trying to hold it all. So I took the structure, systems and strategy I had spent fifteen years learning, and pointed them at the people building something worth building.
